Delivery and shipping

During checkout you choose whether the ordered precious metals are shipped to a delivery address or kept in the security deposit. Depending on your choice, additional information may be required during onboarding.

Shipping is insured and tracked. The expected delivery time is shown on each product. Depending on the product, quantity and availability, delivery may be made in partial shipments.

As an alternative to delivery, you can have your medals stored in the security deposit. We are happy to advise you personally on this option.

For larger orders or for custody, further identification and order details may be required. We store only the information needed for the order status and handover.
